To teach an effective, proven system of self defense that people can defend themselves, their family and friends in an increasingly violent world.

I will build on my students’ strength and self-confidence and show them how to come out on top in even the most stressful or violent of situations.

To advance the art of self defence and to develop the systems of self defense which work in the real world and to keep the student on the right side of the law.
